I provide a safe, focussed environment for you and your birth partner to prepare for birth and practice the tools to enjoy and relax through your pregnancy, is a priority.
I deliver 1-2-1 courses both face to face and virtually as standard, and arrange group courses for friendship groups and charities.
On all courses, you will receive:
When life is busy, we can slot into your morning, day or night. As standard, we would join each other for four, two and a half hour sessions.
Depending on when we start your sessions, these can be one to two weeks apart, giving you time to practice in between, but if you find me later in your pregnancy don't worry. We can condense, and adjust the lessons accordingly, and make a plan that works for you. We could even spend a day or so together! (how lovely would that be?!)
There are a few payment options allowing you to split the cost out as you need too, see my terms here.
*face to face is available for clients within 5 miles of M35, if you're further away, maybe we can talk milage...
