The course provides you with tools and knowledge that are evidence based and logical. When you learn about hypnosis, and practice guided and self hypnosis in our sessions, we will start from the begging, and work together to develop your skills. The course will give you tools to practice and enable you and your birth partner to feel confident and trust yourselves throughout pregnancy, and birth.
